Our registration process is quick and easy!  All registration and tournament statistics will be done online.

Adult Weekend (18+, U19AA), May 30-June 1, 2025

Tournament Fee

18+ AA, A, BB, B, U19AA – 4 Game Minimum – NEW: 2 x 17 minute periods (except 18+B).

$1695.00 + HST (81298 2999 RT0001), for a total of $1915.36.

18+ C, DEV – 3 Game Minimum – 2 x 15 min periods

$1271.25 + HST (81298 2999 RT0001), for a total of $1436.52

Divisions & Levels

Please note that the final divisions and levels offered may vary depending on the number of registered teams. You will find up-to-date tournament information and key dates posted on our website.

  • U19AA, (2006, 2007, 2008) – Female Division
  • 18+, (2006 and beyond) – Female Division
  • 18+A,BB,B,C and Dev divisions are permitted to have a maximum of 2 current players from the immediate level higher. For example, a 18+B team can only have 2 current 18+BB players and no 18+A or 18+AA players.

Important Scheduling Information

  • Local teams may be asked to play a Thursday evening game.
  • All teams should be prepared for Friday games to start as early as 10am.

Conditional Acceptance & Payment Deadlines

  • Conditional acceptance emails will be sent by Feb 15, 2025.
  • Please DO NOT send any payment until you receive your conditional acceptance email.
  • Once conditionally accepted, final acceptance will depend on the following:
    1. Receipt of the acceptance email.
    2. A 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee your divisional spot in the tournament.

Payment Schedule:

  • 50% deposit of $957.68 (AA,A,BB,B) and 718.26 (C,DEV) due by March 15, 2025.
  • Balance of $957.68 (AA,A,BB,B) and 718.26 (C,DEV) due by April 15, 2025.
  • For teams registering after April 15, 2025, the full amount will be due immediately.

All payments must be made via Interac e-Transfer to stephanie@capitalringetteclassic.com using the password CRC2025. Please note, credit card payments are not accepted.

Youth Weekend, (U10-U19), June 6-8, 2025

Divisions & Age Groups for 2025

  • U10 (FUN3) (2015 and younger) – Mixed Division
  • U12B (2013 & 2014) – Female Division
  • U12A (2013 & 2014) – Female Division
  • U14AA, U14A (2011 & 2012) – Female Division
  • U16AA, U16A (2009 & 2010) – Female Division
  • U19A, (2006, 2007, 2008) – Female Division

Important Note:

  • U14A, U16A, and U19A teams are allowed a maximum of 4 current AA players.
  • Quebec U14A teams must register for the U14AA division.

Important Scheduling Information

  • U16 & U19 teams must be prepared to play late-evening games, with the last game starting as late as 10:15 PM.
  • Local U19 teams may be asked to play a Thursday evening game.
  • All teams should be prepared for early morning games, starting as early as 7:00 AM.

  • Please DO NOT send any payment until you receive your conditional acceptance email.
  • Once conditionally accepted, final acceptance will depend on the following:
    1. Receipt of the acceptance email.
    2. A 25% non-refundable deposit to guarantee your divisional spot in the tournament.

Payment Schedule:

  • 25% deposit of $500 due by November 30, 2024.
  • 25% deposit of $457.68 due by January 15, 2025
  • Balance of $957.68 due by February 15, 2025.
  • For teams registering after February 15, 2025, the full amount will be due immediately.

General Information

Rosters & Team Information

  • Rosters with current levels of play must be entered online by February 28, 2025, to allow time for verification.
  • Team names must be entered by April 1, 2025.
  • The tournament reserves the right to verify player levels and competitive divisions.

Refund Policy

The tournament deposit and full registration fee are refundable only if the tournament or your division does not run.

Insurance Requirements

All teams are required to have individual team insurance for the tournament. Proof of insurance (COI) must be uploaded to your team account at www.crc-stats.com. If you need team insurance, you can visit our insurance partner’s website, http://www.iplayhockey.ca/cms/Insurance, where coverage is approximately $15 per player.
