Our registration process is quick and easy! All registration and tournament statistics will be done online.
Here is a tutorial on how to input team info, rosters and insurance forms.
Tournament Registration Fee: $1695.00+ HST (81298 2999 RT0001) -$1915.35
Due to the still unknown Covid-19 future implications, the Capital Ringette Classic reserves the right to add an administration fee of up to $100 plus HST if additional safety measures are once again required during the 2024 tournament. This fee will only be charged if necessary and will be transparent.

- U16, U19 must be prepared to play late-evening games
- All teams must be prepared to play early morning games during the tournament.

- Once a team is conditionally accepted, final acceptance is conditional on receiving an acceptance email, the receipt of the 50% non-refundable deposit and proof of insurance. This is the only way to guarantee your divisional spot in the tournament.
- For Weekend 1 – 50% deposit ($957.68) required by Mar 15, 2024, Balance (957.67) due Apr 15, 2024. Deposit required immediately for teams registering after Mar 15, 2024. Full balance due by Apr 15, 2024 for teams registering after Mar 15, 2024. All rosters and team names must be completed and entered online by Apr 15, 2024
- For Weekend 2 – 50% deposit ($957.68) required by Jan 15, 2024, Balance (957.67) due Mar 15, 2024. Deposit required immediately and full balance due by Mar 15, 2024 for teams registering after Jan 15, 2024. All rosters with current level of play and team names must be completed and entered online by Feb 29, 2024.
- Proof of insurance must be uploaded to www.crc-stats.com by May 1, 2024
- Deposit is non-refundable. (After Jan 15, 2024 or when you have been officially accepted, whichever comes first). (If the tournament does not run due to Covid-19, deposit will be refunded)

Unfortunately we do not accept credit card payments for registration.
No Official TRF’s required. All players must meet age guidelines and proof of age if asked. All rosters entered online must show current season level of play.
The tournament reserves the right to refuse any team entry as warranted.
Divisions: Players may play up an age group but not down without tournament approval. Players may not play on more than 1 team in the same division.
Divisions and age groups will be the same as the 2023/24 season.
U10 (FUN3) (2014 and younger) Mixed Division – Weekend 2
U12 A (2012 & 2013) Female Division – Weekend 2
U14 AA, A, (2010 & 2010) Female Division – Weekend 2
U16 AA, A(2008 & 2009) Female Division – Weekend 2
U19A (2005 – 2007) Female Division – Weekend 2
U19AA (2005 – 2007) Female Division – Weekend 2
18+AA, A, BB, B & C (2005 and beyond!) Female Division – Weekend 1
Please note U14, U16 and U19 A teams can have a maximum of 4 current AA players.
If you don’t feel your team fits into any of these categories, please contact us and we will work with you to put you in a division that makes sense.
Final division breakdown and level may vary depending on registration.
Divisions are filling quickly. No player info required until Feb 29, 2024. Divisions are subject to change and may be cancelled if registration dictates.
The tournament is fully insured for general liability insurance. If your team requires player insurance, please visit our insurance partners website for details.
ALL TEAMS REQUIRE INDIVIDUAL TEAM INSURANCE
