2020 Stay to Play Hotel Policy

In order to ensure the continued success of the Capital Ringette Classic, we have partnered with some great Ottawa hotels.  We have negotiated preferred rates for all of our out of town guests.  We do have a “stay to play” policy and we ask all out of town teams to support our partner hotels.  One of our tournament acceptance steps requires a hotel booking confirmation with one of our partner hotels for out of town teams.

This policy helps to provide the building blocks we require to offer the great add ons such as LiveStreaming, Banners, Free Digital Photography, Great Medals, Giveaways (and no gate admission) just to name a few.

We have secured blocks of rooms at several local hotels and have negotiated preferred rates for your weekend in Ottawa.  They have been carefully selected for their quality and commitment to work with ringette teams.  These friends of the tournament are great supporters of our sport and Capital Ringette Classic is very happy to partner with them.  Please contact Rob at robert@capitalringetteclassic.com and we will help you find a hotel that suits your team needs.

Teams travelling from Europe or a significant distance should enquire about our billeting program.
