Tournament fee: 18+ AA, A & BB — $1,765 plus HST — $1,994.46 total 18+ B, C & DEV — $1,323.75 plus HST — $1,495.84 total

Important scheduling information

Local teams

Local teams may be asked to play a Thursday evening game.

Friday start time

All teams must be prepared to play at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.

Weekend start time

All teams must be prepared to play at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Late starts

All teams must be prepared to play as late as a 10:15 p.m. start on Friday and Saturday.

Divisions & levels

Final divisions and levels offered may vary based on the number of registered teams. Up-to-date tournament information and key dates will be posted on the website.

U19AA

Female Division for players born in 2008, 2009, or 2010.

18+

Female Division for players born in 2008 and earlier. Divisions may be divided into two tiers depending on registration.

Player guidelines

18+A, BB, and B teams may roster a maximum of 2 current players from the immediate level higher. There is no restriction on players in 18+AA, including NRL players. Current rostered NRL players are only allowed in the 18+AA division. Rostered University-level players are considered equivalent to 18+A players. C and DEV teams may not roster players from a higher division or add hockey players not registered in a ringette association.

Conditional acceptance & payment deadlines

Conditional acceptance emails: Sent by February 15, 2027
Roster and team name deadline: March 15, 2027
50% deposit deadline: March 1, 2027
Balance deadline: April 1, 2027
Insurance certificate deadline: April 1, 2027

Do not send payment until you receive your conditional acceptance email. Teams registered may not be accepted based on division requirements and number of registrations. Teams registering after April 1, 2027 must pay the full amount immediately.

Payment schedule & insurance

50% deposit due March 1, 2027: $997.23 for AA, A and BB teams; $747.92 for B, C and DEV teams.
Balance due April 1, 2027: $997.23 for AA, A and BB teams; $747.92 for B, C and DEV teams.
Registrations after April 1, 2027: The full amount is due immediately.

All payments must be made by Interac e-Transfer to [email protected]. No password is required. Payment status is available in the portal when you log in. Credit card payments are not accepted. All teams must carry individual team insurance and upload proof of insurance (COI) to their CRC Stats team account by April 1, 2027. Teams needing coverage can visit iplayhockey.ca; coverage is approximately $15–$20 per player.

Roster, refund & acceptance information

Rosters & team information

Rosters with current levels of play and team names must be entered online by March 15, 2027. The tournament reserves the right to verify player levels and competitive divisions. Teams may be removed if player guidelines are not met.

Conditional acceptance

Final acceptance depends on following the payment schedule and receiving the final acceptance email.

Refund policy

The tournament deposit and full registration fee are refundable only if the tournament or your division does not run, or if your team is not accepted.
