Don’t stress—we’re here to help. Once your team is officially accepted, you’ll receive confirmation of your hotel selection. We set up a block of rooms for your team and provide a special booking code to secure your group rate.

We coordinate with hotels

The tournament works directly with Host Hotels on team accommodations.

Your team receives the right rooms

We help ensure your team has the room block it needs.

Hotel selection is sent after acceptance

Accepted teams receive their hotel selection confirmation.

Blocks are limited and assigned first-come, first-served based on registration date. Team organizers do not need to call around for hotel inventory.
